The Young Breast Cancer Survivorship Network (YBCSN) is an initiative of the UAB School of Nursing. The YBCSN mission is to improve the quality of life for young breast cancer survivors and their loved ones through education, support and networking.

 

Unique Insights from a Young Survivor

(20 minutes)

In the Unique Insights from a Young Survivor session, Shauntice speaks about what it was like to be diagnosed with breast cancer at such a young age. She discusses the struggles that she faced and how it helped shape her into the person that she is today.
