Immunizations

Vaccines are available to prevent childhood diseases. Infants should begin these vaccines at age 2 months and continue through age 4 years, with additional immunizations as needed. A Certificate of Immunization (Blue Slip) is provided upon immunization and is required for entry into all daycare centers, Head Start, and public and private schools. Immunizations for adults such as tetanus/diphtheria, flu, and other diseases are available also.

Immunizations are given by appointment. For Immunization clinic schedule, visit Clinical Services.

To create a personalized immunization schedule for your child, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Instant Childhood Immunization Scheduler.
