Diabetes: Systems Theory in the Management of Chronic Disease

This training will discuss the three different types of diabetes, at the end of the training the participant should be able to recognize the symptoms and identify at least three systems that impact people with diabetes. Participants will also be able to identify at least three ways to positively impact self-management of diabetes using the Systems Theory.
