Attestation for the Medicare PI Program

The Medicare Promoting Interoperability Program (PI), formally known as the Medicare Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program began April 19, 2011. This means that eligible professionals (EPs), eligible hospitals, and critical access hospitals (CAHs) can attest through the Centers for Medicare (CMS) web-based attestation system and be on their way to receiving Medicare PI incentive payments.
