Nutrition and Physical Activity
Food is fuel, and it takes more than cheeseburgers, pizza and soft drinks to fuel your body. Mixing in plenty of fruits and vegetables will help you stay sharp in the classroom and keep up on the field. And, speaking of the field, if you don’t play an organized sport you’ll need to find other ways to get some exercise. Nutrition and Physical Activity has plenty of information on ways to get in, and stay in, peak shape.
