ADPH Careers: Auditors

The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) Office of Program Integrity (OPI) is seeking to fill Auditor positions based in Montgomery and Marshall counties.

About the Job

OPI is the internal audit department for ADPH. OPI staff conduct audits, reviews, and evaluations to help ADPH leadership make informed decisions that align with current priorities and emerging needs. OPI reports directly to ADPH's Chief Legal Officer, and the department's work is held to the highest standards of objectivity and professionalism.

  • Auditor 
    Description: This is a permanent, full-time position used by various agencies throughout the state. This is entry-level professional auditing work involving routine to moderately complex internal and/or external auditing assignments. Some travel will be required.
    Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Accounting.
