RFP for Shade Structure for Public Schools - ADPH Comprehensive Cancer Control Program announces an opportunity for public schools to apply for funding to install permanent shade structures for outdoor locations that are not protected from the sun, such as playgrounds or recreational spaces. National Guard COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics - Governor Kay Ivey has activated the Alabama National Guard (ALNG) to set up mobile sites to bring COVID-19 vaccinations to under-served and rural counties throughout Alabama. The ALNG will be working closely with the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH), the Alabama Emergency Management Agency (AEMA), and local county Emergency Management Agency staff to provide vaccinations in 24 counties.
