OHEMH Partners are sub-award recipients dedicated to health equity in their communities and respective fields. They share a vision of improving the quality of life and health resources. Through community partnerships, outreach and engagement, and data, our partners can effectively identify their communities' issues and needs and mobilize resources to reduce them.
