The Preventive Health and Health Services (PHHS) Block Grant provides funding for priority health problems in Alabama. PHHS Block Grant dollars support the following seven Alabama health programs:

• Community Waterborne Diseases
• Employer Sponsored Health Promotion
• Food Safety
• Healthy Weight in Adults
• Public Health Infrastructure
• Reduce rape or attempted rape
• Tuberculosis Control
• Workforce Development
