St. Clair County
The St. Clair County Health Department offers clinical, environmental, home health, and vital records services.
Vital records services include certified birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates for events that occurred in the State of Alabama. These records are available upon request for a fee.
Hours of Operation
Clinic hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Home health hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Home health staff is on-call seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
