Alabama WIC Vendor Training


The Alabama WIC Vendor Training Module can be accessed below. This training module is used to train new vendors and for authorized WIC vendors to train new store employees. Annual WIC training and training of new store employees is required and must be documented. The documentation must clearly indicate WIC training, employee name, and date the training was conducted. If your store does not have an official training form, you can find a copy of a training acknowledgement form on our website. Failure to provide documentation of annual and new employee training is a violation of the WIC Program. If detected, the applicable sanction will be assessed and continued violations will result in disqualification from the WIC Program.
