PEEHIP Wellness
The Public Education Employees' Health Insurance Program (PEEHIP), in partnership with the Worksite Wellness Division, offers health screenings and influenza vaccinations. The following PEEHIP members are required to participate and be screened as part of PEEHIP's Wellness Program if enrolled in the PEEHIP Hospital Medical group #14000 plan: active employees and their covered spouses, non-Medicare-eligible retirees, and non-Medicare-eligible spouses on retiree contracts. Each wellness plan year is August 1 through August 31 of the following year, a total of 13 months. All eligible members must be screened either by an ADPH nurse at PEEHIP worksites, at a local county health department, or by a local healthcare provider through submission of a Healthcare Provider Form. Please visit our PEEHIP Wellness page for information about upcoming screenings, or visit PEEHIP Wellness Program for more information.
SEHIP Wellness
All active employees covered under the State Employees' Health Insurance Plan (SEHIP) are eligible for a wellness premium discount. Each wellness plan year is November 1 through October 31, and every active employee must be screened either through the SEHIP's worksite wellness screening program or by a healthcare provider by submitting a Provider Screening Form. Visit our SEIB Wellness page to find a screening location. State employees may also use the State Wellness Center and Pharmacy, located in downtown Montgomery in the capitol complex to get a screening. Visit our State Wellness Center page for hours of operation and a list of services offered.
