Notice

**CHANGE TO THE ALL KIDS 1095-B PROCESS**

Most people do not need the 1095-B form to file their taxes this year. Therefore, ALL Kids will not mail a 1095-B form this year. If you still need a 1095-B form, please call ALL Kids Customer Service at 1-888-373-5437 and request one.

Be Sure to Pay Your Premium Before You Renew

To make your renewal process faster, your premium for the previous coverage year must be paid before coverage will be renewed. Premiums can be paid online on the ALL Kids website, and by clicking the "Pay My Premium" link attached below. It will take at least 24 hours for the payment to process, so please wait at least 24 hours after you have paid your premium to submit your renewal. If the payment has not had time to process in the system, the renewal will be denied for non-payment of premium.
