ADPH Clinician IUD/IUS Training

ADPH Women’s Health strives to increase access for long-acting reversible contraception (LARCs) by offering all options in our clinics. The steps of this training put into action will assist to achieve this goal. Many of our patients live in remote and rural areas of the state where access to each county Health Department may be the only Women’s care they receive. With availability to the Family Planning clinics, this implementation will broaden the availability of LARCs and increase access to the full range of contraceptive options statewide.
