Program Overview
In order to properly care for a diabetic patient at home, you must first understand diabetes. Knowing basic management skills and dietary needs for the disease can help prevent the need for emergency care, and the onset of long-term health problems. Program faculty will provide information you need to know in order to ensure your patient’s health continues to thrive at home.
