Program Overview

The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS), has worked in conjunction with the Alabama Emergency Management Agency (AEMA), the Alabama Trauma Communication Center (ATCC) and 9-1-1 representatives to develop a protocol for suspected Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) cases. Program faculty will discuss the protocol to screen for suspected EVD cases, including Alabama's Ebola First Responder Guidelines.
