Program Overview

As we move forward into the new world of Regional Care Organizations, it is critical that the cost of case management services be calculated accurately and timely. Program faculty will provide information to educate case management staff on using the best practices for accurate and timely coding of their time and activities. This program is required for all Alabama Department of Public Health case management staff who code any of their time in the SSR system.
