Program Overview
Drug-drug and drug-herbal interactions have the potential to decrease the effectiveness of a medication, increase the action of a medication or cause adverse effects, all of which could result in harm to the patient. Program faculty will provide information that will help identify interactions of the most commonly prescribed oral contraceptives and seizure medications.
