Program Overview

This program will offer a view of digital and social media and ways in which they can and have been used to benefit consumers. Program faculty will explore cautions about use of electronic and social media, including privacy concerns and boundary violations. The presenter will also look at the interpersonal dynamics between clients and workers and strategies to be therapeutic in addressing issues that arise.
