Home Health Services
The Randolph County Home Health Program is a direct service provider of care in the homes of residents of Chambers, Clay, Cleburne, and Randolph Counties who meet eligibility requirements.
The department is a Medicare and Medicaid-certified provider of home health care. The home health team provides professional care on an intermittent part-time basis in the privacy of the home to acutely and/or chronically ill individuals. Several treatments, previously limited to the hospital setting, can now be provided in the home.
The home health program for Chambers County operates on Central Standard Time. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Eligibility
