Certified copies of birth, death, marriage, and divorce records may be obtained from the health department.

The Escambia County Health Department has two locations in Escambia County. Both locations are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5:00 p.m, except holidays.

Brewton Clinic: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Call to make an appointment and check nure availabity.
Atmore Clinic: Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Call to make an appointment and check nurse availability.

Sadie Grace Andrews Act

The Sadie Grace Andrews Act is a law requiring all restaurants and commercial food establishments that have accessible outdoor grease traps have lids that can withstand loads from traffic and are inaccessible to children. Please see our flyer for full details.
