Influenza Immunization Questions?

Call the ADPH Immunization Division toll-free at 1-800-469-4599 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Your call will be directed to an ADPH nurse who will provide flu immunization information. You may also send your questions via email.
