Tuscaloosa County Health DepartmentThe Tuscaloosa County Health Department offers clinical, home health and environmental services to the public. Certified copies of birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates may be obtained from the health department.

Hours of Operation: 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Vital Records office is open 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

COVID-19 Vaccine and Testing Information

Vaccinations and Testing are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - noon and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

For those getting a test, please park outside and call the clinic at  (205) 562-6900 to let staff members know you are in the parking lots. Someone will come out to parking lot and give the test.
