Health Screenings

Know your numbers! The health screening will measure your cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose, body mass index (BMI), and waist to height ratio. Health screenings are offered at no cost to state employees in every county of the state. If you are a state employee, please visit our SEIB Wellness page. Influenza

Stay healthy this fall, get vaccinated for influenza. Influenza kills 36,000 people a year. The Worksite Wellness Division offers influenza vaccinations to state employees and public education employees in all 67 counties. For information on vaccination schedules, visit our Influenza page.

You may obtain a copy of your influenza vaccine at your local health department or complete the form in the link below and return the form to the ADPH Wellness Program.
