Traumatic experiences can produce turmoil in a survivor's life, but they can also lead to new possibilities. Growth often occurs out of struggling with something very difficult, and practitioners are beginning to recognize that continuing personal distress and growth often coexist in the aftermath of a crisis. These presentations focus on understanding how to prevent, assess, treat and heal the invisible wounds of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder with a focus on promoting resiliency and helping survivors to thrive.
