CureMD: Abnormal Breast Follow Up Provider Note

This training provides a step-by-step instruction on how to create the abnormal breast provider note in CureMD including a breakdown of each section of the provider note detailing the required documentation. There are also details on how to save the provider note, attach documents to the note, sign the note, send the note to the medical provider for review, appending the note, and how to attach a breast follow up tag. Some troubleshooting hints and instructions are given for different scenarios the user might encounter while entering data. And finally, instructions on how to send any patient documentation properly from the Lotus system into the new CureMD system and the new requirement for medical documentation submission timeframe to the medical provider.
