Automatic External Defibrillators
Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) are located in each lunch/break room on floors 6 through 15, accessible from the corridor; inside Suite 400 (CHIP); and in the Capital City Club.
Building Evacuation Procedures and Information
Floor Wardens/Evacuation Leaders
- ADPH Emergency Floor Warden List
- Report a change of Emergency Floor Warden/Evacuation Leader(s).
- Email a request for additional laminated "Evacuated and Clear" signs.
- Email a request for additional Bomb Threat Checklist to be kept by each telephone.
ADPH Employees Requiring Physical Assistance
Employees with physical limitations that would keep them from using stairs should request through their bureau director or Emergency Floor Warden/Evacuation Leader to be placed on the List of ADPH Employees Requiring Assistance by Facilities Management. This list is used by the fire department during an evacuation of the building in case of fire. These employees/clients should proceed to the nearest stairwell and wait for assistance. Request a change to the list.
Fire Risk
Due to the risk of fire and building electrical problems, portable heaters and the lighting of candles are not permitted in central office areas of The RSA Tower.
