Parent-Teen Driving Contract

Dale Wisely, Ph.D., Director of Student Services for the Mountain Brook School System and a clinical psychologist, is a member of the Alabama State Child Death Review Team and the creator of the Parenting Teen Drivers website.

The purpose of Dr. Wisely's website is to convince parents of the need to take teenage driving seriously and their need to take steps to reduce the risk of their children being in auto accidents. Dr. Wisely's site includes the free, downloadable parent-teen driving contract available below, in addition to information on Graduated Driver's License laws and more.
