The online application is for ALL Babies, SOBRA Medicaid and Medicaid for Low Income Families (MLIF). These programs provide low-cost healthcare coverage to pregnant women who live in Alabama. If a pregnant woman is not eligible for ALL Babies or Medicaid, the online application is forwarded to the Health Insurance Marketplace (also known as Healthcare.gov) for processing.

This application should take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. Once the application has been submitted, a program eligibility worker will make the final enrollment determination. Before you begin completing the application, please have the following information on hand:

• Social Security numbers and birth dates of household members who are applying for coverage
• Household income from jobs and any other income sources
• Information about all current and recent health insurance coverage for all household members who are applying for coverage
