Clinic Explanation of Payments (EOP) Training

Overview

This training will discuss the responsibility of the providers to review and work Explanation of Payments (EOP) once the claims have been processed at Medicaid. Program faculty will provide information on billable programs as it relates to the types of payments the Department receives as well as the types of services rendered. This training also provides detailed guidance on the tracking of claims as it relates to billed, paid, denied, credited, pending, or in process as well as learn how to submit corrections of claims to the Revenue Recovery Division.
