Child Death Review Law
Alabama State Law, signed on September 11, 1997, created the Alabama Child Death Review System (ACDRS), including both state and local Child Death Review teams. Their task is to review, evaluate, and formulate recommendations on how to prevent cases of unexpected and unexplained child deaths.
