Clarke County Health DepartmentThe Clarke County Health Department offers clinical and environmental services to the public. Certified copies of birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates may be obtained from the health department.

Hours of operation: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except state holidays.

Immunization Requirement for 6th Grade Entry

COVID-19 Vaccine and Testing

Beginning Tuesday, Januray 18th Clarke County Health Department COVID clinic testing and vaccination hours will be 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday- Friday. For testing, wait in your car and call 251-275-3772. For vaccinations, go inside the building. No appointments necessary for testing or vaccinations.

Sadie Grace Andrews Act

The Sadie Grace Andrews Act is a law requiring all restaurants and commercial food establishments that have accessible outdoor grease traps have lids that can withstand loads from traffic and are inaccessible to children. Please see our flyer for full details.
