ALL Babies copays are the same as ALL Kids copays. Please click the links below for health and dental copay information. Both documents include the information in English and Spanish:
Annual Out-Of-Pocket Maximum
Effective June 1, 2012, families are not required to pay more than 5% of their annual income (the income used to determine eligibility for ALL Kids) in out-of-pocket expenses (premiums and copayments) annually. Families must contact ALL Kids when they are close to reaching their out-of-pocket maximum. The family must send in receipts for these expenses.
