Reporting Changes

ALL Kids needs up to date information while your child is enrolled. Please contact ALL Kids immediately whenever any of your contact information changes. ALL Kids always needs your most current:

• Address
• Your name and/or your child's name (if there are name changes that differ from what is listed on the application)
• Phone numbers

To report a change, call ALL Kids Customer Service at 1-888-373-5437 Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
