SPAC Members

The State Perinatal Advisory Committee (SPAC) was established in 1980 by the passage of the Alabama Perinatal Act (22-12A-4). Its purpose is to advise Alabama's State Health Officer in the planning, organization and evaluation of the state's perinatal program.
