Strategic planning is essential for RHCs to navigate the complexities of healthcare delivery and ensure long-term sustainability. By engaging in comprehensive strategic planning, RHCs can better identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, allowing them to make informed decisions and set clear priorities. This proactive approach helps RHCs allocate resources effectively, improve patient care, and adapt to changing healthcare environments. Additionally, strategic planning fosters collaboration among staff and stakeholders, aligning efforts toward common goals and enhancing overall clinic performance.
