Registration of Intent

EPs, EHs, and CAHs interested in sending data to ADPH should register their intent to initiate ongoing submission and can do so by selecting the link below. This registration will satisfy the registration of intent requirement and provide users with an account in the ADPH Security Portal.

* EHR vendors interested in assisting their clients with testing and validation should also register using the link above. Once established, supplemental guides and other important information will be provided through the vendor's account.

Formal Invitation to Onboard

Once registered, a formal invitation to begin the onboarding process will be sent automatically from ADPH to the email address provided during registration.
