Request for Proposals: Pharmacy Benefits Management
The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) Office of HIV Prevention and Care (OHPC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified proposers to provide Pharmacy Benefits Management services through a comprehensive network of pharmacies to eligible clients in Alabama. The deadline to submit a proposal is January 6, 2023 at 3 p.m. CT. Proposals received after the deadline will be late and ineligible for consideration.
This announcement does not commit the ADPH to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of proposals. The ADPH OHPC reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, all proposals submitted and/or cancel this announcement. Any contract awarded shall be based upon the proposal most advantageous to the APDH OHPC, cost and other factors considered. All contracts are subject to the availability of funds.
