Performance Management

The Office of Performance Management was established to house the performance management, quality improvement, and support for Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) accreditation. This office supports ADPH programs who are working to implement performance management and quality improvement concepts.

There are five positions in this office:

• Director
• Performance Management and Strategic Plan Coordinator
• Quality Improvement Coordinator
• State Health Improvement Plan Coordinator
• Administrative Assistant
