WIC nutrition education varies from person to person. Nutrition education provided is based on the participants's nutrition risk and nutrition needs, as well as participant's nutrition goals. The education topics can cover anything from nutrition for new and expecting parents, breastfeeding, recipes, food safety, and physical activity.
