To get started on your nutrition education lessons follow these easy steps.

Health eKitchen

A recipe library that works on any device, providing family-friendly recipes featuring WIC approved foods.

With WICHealth eKitchen, WIC participants are able to:

  • Plan meals using WIC recipe finder to choose healthy recipes for your family.
  • Access printable recipes that highlight WIC-approved foods.
  • Share your favorite meals with family and friends on social media.

Health eKitchen has a variety of different recipes. Choose from a cool frozen treat, like Frozen Yogurt pops, or a hearty new dinner option, like Vegetable Chicken Enchiladas. There are many recipes to choose from.

  1. How many online lessons do I need to complete to get the nutrition credit?
    To get credit, you only need to complete one lesson prior to your next pick-up date.
  2. Do I need to complete a specific online lesson?
    No. You can select any lesson that interests your from one of 8 categories that neets your needs: Pregnancy and Baby's First 6 Months, Feeding Your 6- to 24-Month-Old, Feeding your 2- to 5-Year-Old, Choosing Healthy Foods, Keeping Your Family Healthy, Planning Simple Meals and Snacks, Understanding Developmental Milestones, and Mothers in Motion
  3. Can I complete more than one online lesson?
    Yes. You can complete as many lessons as you want. However, you only need to complete one lesson prior to your next pick-up date.
  4. What should I do if is not working properly or if I am unable to pull up my account information?
    Contact the WICHealth support team by clicking on the orange Help tab in the bottom right-hand corner of every page throughout WICHealth. Fill out the Contact Us form and provide your family ID# if you are having difficulty pulling up your account information. All requests are typically answered within 24 hours.
