Pre-License Filing

A Pre-License Filing is required for all new health care facilities that are required to submit building plans and specifications for review. This filing must be submitted and approved before plans will be reviewed by Technical Services.

This filing is not required for additions or alterations to licensed facilities. Additional information regarding architectural review can be found at Facilities Management and Technical Services.
